This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Assist in maintaining operational consistency, standardization, and ongoing enhancement across designated markets.
• Convert regional priorities into actionable strategies that enhance service delivery, productivity, safety, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Market Center, District, and regional leaders to pinpoint operational challenges and deploy effective solutions.
• Develop operational routines, performance assessment processes, and accountability frameworks.
• Track operational and financial metrics while aiding in action planning.
• Promote the adoption of company systems, processes, and best practices for service excellence.
• Evaluate operational and financial data to uncover opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Implement measurable improvement plans and initiatives focused on continuous enhancement.
• Contribute to operational assessments, business evaluations, and performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on initiatives for client retention and organic growth.
• Mentor and assist operational leaders in execution and effective leadership.
• Support change management related to new initiatives, acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational priorities.
• Work alongside Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Fleet, Safety, and Compliance teams.
• Aid in fleet management, safety standards, compliance obligations, risk mitigation, and operational preparedness.
• Act as a reliable operational advisor for leaders throughout the region.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3–5+ years of leadership experience in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Direct Store Delivery, Retail, Route Operations, Warehouse Operations, Service Operations, Equipment Maintenance, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in leading operational improvement projects and business performance initiatives.
• Proven experience in utilizing operational and financial metrics to achieve results.
• Strong grasp of productivity, labor management, customer service, safety, and operational performance metrics.
• Established ability to influence leaders and ensure execution across various locations and functions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Background in leading change and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• A valid driver's license is required.
