This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the service delivery and operational execution for teams focused on Medicaid Claims, Business Policy Administration, and Reference Data Maintenance.
• Supervise multiple clients and domain leads accountable for Medicaid claims, business policy administration, reference data maintenance, provider setup, and adjudication logic.
• Propel standardization and enhancements in processes throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Create and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with account and product teams.
• Align capacity with client priorities while identifying risks associated with workload, capacity, and delivery timelines.
• Foster relationships between delivery teams, product engineering, and client stakeholders.
• Address escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Promote ongoing service improvements aimed at claims accuracy, quality of policy administration, integrity of reference data, defect reduction, and turnaround times.
• Ensure that delivery outcomes align with client expectations regarding quality, compliance, and timeliness.
• Recruit and hire team members with the necessary domain expertise.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Tackle performance challenges and instill accountability for outcomes.
• A minimum of twelve years of experience in healthcare technology, Medicaid claims, business policy administration, reference data maintenance, or similar delivery positions.
• At least eight years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare payer systems, particularly within Medicaid or Medicare environments.
• Familiarity with MMIS systems or equivalent healthcare claims systems.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management abilities.
• Video cameras are required to be turned on during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
