Senior Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and guide teams in Agile principles.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and interdependencies.

• Monitor progress utilizing metrics such as velocity and quality.

• Recognize and eliminate obstacles and delivery challenges.

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the team.

• Manage expectations while ensuring clear communication.

• Enhance Agile methodologies to boost efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

• Assist Product Owners and engage with business leaders.

• Contribute to significant Medicare project initiatives.

• Play a role in overall delivery flow, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Program Delivery, or similar positions.

• Understanding of software development, DevOps, or technical workflows.

• Extensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and contemporary software development practices.

• Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholders from both business and technology sectors.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating delivery risks, obstacles, and cross-team dependencies.

• Strong skills in communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influence.

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Skills in collaboration and teamwork.

• Possess a growth mindset.

• Strong execution and delivery capabilities.

• Business intelligence acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience in mentoring teams and serving as a servant leader.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
