Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a high-achieving digital delivery team collaborating with a global consumer goods firm on a significant technology transformation initiative.

• Operate in an agile, AI-driven environment while managing multiple delivery streams at once.

• Engage directly with business stakeholders in Mexico and across the Americas.

• Lead and organize Sprints, encompassing planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups with CI&T teams and the client.

• Oversee and communicate roadmap advancements, tracking various delivery threads using tools such as Smartsheet.

• Participate in client status meetings and convey progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Connect business, technical, and process viewpoints to ensure the team remains aligned with client objectives.

• Quickly adapt to frequent changes in prioritization within a dynamic environment.

• Foster team members' growth and advocate for continuous improvement practices.

• Utilize AI tools for meeting notes, agile summaries, root cause analysis, and workflow automation.

• Suggest and implement strategies to automate repetitive tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with the capability to work independently from the outset.

• Demonstrated expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies within complex, multi-workstream settings.

• Experience in managing roadmaps and delivery plans with significant visibility to stakeholders.

• Ability to cultivate rapport with clients and navigate discussions with both business and technical audiences.

• Background in international contracts and high-performance agile teams.

• Proficiency in Spanish is essential for engaging with the Mexico-based client team.

• Fluent English is required for internal CI&T communication and broader program coordination.

• Authentic passion for AI adoption; regular use of AI tools and the skill to identify opportunities for workflow automation.

• Previous experience in staff augmentation or embedded team models within large enterprise clients is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI orchestration concepts and agentic workflows is an advantage.

• Experience supporting delivery manager succession or serving as a senior reference within a squad is a bonus.
