This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic and operational support for UBC sales operations
• Oversee and manage the technology stack
• Develop sales processes and training initiatives
• Track leads from initial prospecting to award
• Report on the influence of sales and marketing on the UBC pipeline
• Proactively identify business requirements, analyze data, and offer strategic recommendations
• Construct and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Manage sales analytics, including data sourcing, cleaning, exploration, modeling, and validation
• Recommend technology platforms, data sources, and enhancements to infrastructure
• Create predictive and prescriptive models to forecast trends and optimize sales efforts
• Utilize knowledge graphs to integrate claims, EHR, wholesaler, and additional data sources
• Assess and integrate emerging AI tools into operations
• Convert complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Ensure effective lead-generation processes and smooth handoffs among marketing, inside sales, and outside sales
• Align database segmentation and additional contact sourcing with marketing initiatives
• Maintain updated information on the status, health, trends, and results of the sales pipeline
• Support the development of demand-generation information packages for management, operations, sales, and marketing
• Improve lead-generation performance dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
• Maintain a comprehensive experience database as a single source of truth for UBC projects and proof points
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the sales and marketing technology stack
• Ensure quality delivery of technology solutions from multiple vendors across various concurrent projects
• Establish standard practices, components, and guidelines for integrated technology platforms
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and drive resolution for demand-generation and sales-operations challenges
• Undertake special projects as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding and broad application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the sales and marketing domain
• Expert-level proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM), content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation platforms
• Capability to provide technical solutions to a diverse range of complex issues
• Solutions should be innovative, thorough, practical, and aligned with organizational objectives
• Strong focus on customer service
• Proven ability to anticipate business needs, identify areas for improvement, and advise stakeholders effectively
• Ability to lead discussions at all organization levels and offer strategic guidance
• Familiarity with the clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or PBM industries
• Experience working within a vendor partner model
• Flexibility to accommodate project deadlines through a varied schedule
• Strong mentoring abilities
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
• Proven experience in team collaboration
• Minimal travel (<25%) may be necessary
