This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic and operational assistance for UBC sales operations
• Oversee and manage the technology stack for sales operations
• Create sales processes and conduct training
• Monitor leads from prospecting to award
• Report on the influence of sales and marketing on the UBC pipeline
• Proactively identify business needs, analyze data, and offer strategic guidance along with actionable recommendations
• Construct and sustain scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Manage sales analytics, including data sourcing, cleaning, exploration, modeling, and validation
• Formulate recommendations for technology platforms, data sources, and enhancements to infrastructure
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to forecast trends and optimize sales
• Utilize knowledge graphs to integrate claims, EHR, wholesaler, and other data sources
• Assess and integrate emerging AI tools
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Ensure lead-generation processes and transitions among marketing, inside sales, and outside sales are comprehended and executed
• Align database segmentation and additional contact sourcing with marketing initiatives
• Maintain records on sales pipeline status, health, trends, and results
• Support demand-generation information packages for management, operations, sales, and marketing
• Improve lead-generation performance dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
• Maintain an experience database as a single source of truth for UBC projects and proof points
• Act as a subject-matter expert for the sales and marketing technology stack
• Ensure quality delivery of technology solutions from multiple vendors across concurrent projects
• Develop standard practices, components, and guidelines for integrated technology platforms
• Assist in root-cause analysis and resolution of demand-generation and sales-operations challenges
• Engage in special projects as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive understanding and broad application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within the sales and marketing field
• Expert/advanced proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM), content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation platforms
• Capability to provide technical solutions to a diverse range of complex problems
• Familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or PBM industries
• Experience working within a vendor partner model
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines
• Strong mentoring abilities
• Proven track record of prioritizing workload and meeting project deadlines
• Adaptability and a willingness to evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
• Demonstrated experience in team collaboration
• Minimal travel (<25%) may be required
