📋 Description

• Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to Sales Engineers assisting Federal Agencies and their missions.

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership.

• Direct Sales Engineering resources throughout the complete sales cycle.

• Offer both technical and functional leadership.

• Propel account planning and strategy.

• Act as a key customer advisor for sustained success.

• Enhance team capabilities through coaching and impactful execution.

• Foster execution in developing technical champions within the customer base.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and continuous development of engineering talent.

• Manage up to 8 individual contributors.

• Promote technical victories across the federal customer base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven curiosity and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a demonstrated history of integrating new technologies to improve daily workflows and enhance problem-solving.

• Experience in selling to and collaborating with Federal Agencies.

• Requirement to reside within 2–3 hours of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

• Proven experience in managing a high-performing team of engineers.

• U.S. citizenship required.

• Preferred: Current AI-focused certifications or experience with Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Claude.

• Preferred: Experience utilizing coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem resolution.

• Preferred: Technical proficiency in networking and proxy-based architectures.

• Preferred: Active U.S. Government security clearance.
