This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily operational framework of the Account Management team through pipeline assessments, forecasting calls, one-on-one meetings, deal coaching, and performance management.
• Achieve and surpass team revenue objectives while fostering a high-performing organization.
• Mentor and empower Senior Account Managers to enhance customer value, refine commercial execution, and advance their careers.
• Assist in strategic negotiations and pivotal customer discussions, while eliminating barriers that expedite deals.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
• Enhance sales processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes throughout the Existing Business organization.
• Forge partnerships with Product, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition Sales.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, prioritize accounts, and optimize sales execution.
• Analyze business performance to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer expansion, successes, failures, and overall business performance.
• Serve as a role model for Remote’s values and contribute to the broader organization's success.
• Report directly to the VP of Expansion Revenue (interim).
• Extensive experience in Account Management or Existing Business leadership, particularly within Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Proven experience in leading quota-carrying sales teams with responsibilities for forecasting, pipeline management, performance coaching, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate high-performing Account Managers through coaching, constructive feedback, and structured development initiatives.
• Familiarity with strategic customer interactions, negotiations, and deal coaching.
• Strong discipline in forecasting along with the capability to identify risks, opportunities, and trends through data analysis.
• Experience in defining, measuring, and presenting sales metrics and business performance to senior leadership.
• Established track record of enforcing pipeline discipline, operational excellence, and achieving predictable revenue results.
• Proficient in Salesforce and contemporary sales technologies.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• A genuine coaching mentality with the ability to forge cross-functional partnerships.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at leading through change.
• Solutions-oriented, accountable, collaborative, and capable of fostering a sustainable high-performing team culture.
