This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Direct the daily operational activities of the Account Management team through pipeline assessments, forecasting discussions, individual meetings, deal coaching, and performance oversight.
• Achieve and surpass team revenue targets while cultivating a high-performing organization.
• Mentor and empower Senior Account Managers to enhance customer value, optimize commercial execution, and advance in their careers.
• Assist in strategic negotiations and crucial customer dialogues, while eliminating obstacles that expedite deals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement.
• Enhance sales procedures, operational efficiency, and customer results within the Existing Business organization.
• Forge partnerships with Product, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition Sales teams.
• Guarantee forecasting precision, pipeline management, account prioritization, and sales execution.
• Evaluate business performance to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on pipeline status, forecast accuracy, customer growth, successes, failures, and overall business performance.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning.
• Report directly to the VP of Expansion Revenue.
• Extensive experience in Account Management or leadership within Existing Business, particularly in Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors.
• Proven experience leading quota-carrying sales teams, with responsibilities in forecasting, pipeline management, performance coaching, and achieving revenue goals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing Account Managers through coaching, constructive feedback, and systematic development approaches.
• Hands-on leadership in strategic customer discussions, negotiations, and deal coaching.
• Strong forecasting discipline with the capability to identify risks, opportunities, and trends using data analysis.
• Experience in defining, measuring, and presenting sales metrics and business performance to senior leadership.
• Established track record of enforcing pipeline discipline, operational excellence, and predictable revenue results.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary sales technologies.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
• Authentic coaching mindset with the ability to cultivate cross-functional collaborations.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and leading through transitional phases.
• Capacity to achieve strong business outcomes while nurturing a healthy, sustainable, and high-performing team culture.
