Senior Manager, S4 HANA Product Lifecycle Management Systems Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the delivery of Digital Technology outputs throughout the Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment, and Hypercare phases for PLM-SAP interfaces.

• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders and consultants to comprehend requirements and facilitate PLM integration with S4 HANA utilizing SAP PLMSI.

• Design and implement SAP PLMSI solutions that support Plan to Sustain processes.

• Coordinate end-to-end process mapping across various PLM systems and S4 HANA.

• Oversee requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, development, and testing of SAP PLMSI and other integration technologies.

• Develop and sustain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and testing plans.

• Support data and process teams with data mapping and testing activities.

• Collaborate with solution architects to define APIs, IDocs, events, triggers, and maintain reliable, auditable data flows.

• Organize and carry out unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing.

• Ensure ongoing success in the functional domains of Plan to Sustain.

• Aid in blueprint design, gap analysis, scope determinations, system configuration, development, defect resolution, migration, go-live, and hypercare efforts.

• Collaborate with external resources, internal RTX team members, business leaders, testers, and cross-functional teams.

• Travel up to 25% as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a STEM degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of pertinent experience without a degree.

• Practical experience in configuring and supporting SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integrations and other supply chain platforms.

• Proficient understanding of Product Master Data Management, including Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Change Masters, and Document Information Records (DIRs).

• Practical experience interfacing SAP systems, encompassing system configuration, data management, IDocs, and/or APIs.

• Preferably experienced with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative software development and implementation methodologies is preferred.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
