Senior Manager, S4 HANA Product Lifecycle Management Systems Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the successful execution of the Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover, Deployment, and Hypercare stages of PLM-SAP interface implementation.

• Work in collaboration with business stakeholders and consultants to comprehend requirements and facilitate PLM integration with S4 HANA using SAP PLMSI.

• Design and implement SAP PLMSI solutions that support the Plan to Sustain processes.

• Enable comprehensive process mapping between various PLM systems and S4 HANA.

• Oversee the gathering of requirements, data mapping, configuration, build, and testing of SAP PLMSI and other integration technologies.

• Develop and sustain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test plans.

• Support data and process teams in data mapping and testing activities.

• Collaborate with solution architects to establish integration patterns, such as APIs, IDocs, events, and triggers.

• Guarantee dependable and traceable data flows.

• Plan and implement unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing strategies.

• Aid in migration from legacy systems, as well as during go-live and post-go-live hypercare phases.

• Ensure ongoing success within the Plan to Sustain functional areas.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience; or, if lacking a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience in configuring and supporting SAP Product Lifecycle Management integrations and other supply chain platforms.

• Familiarity with Product Master Data Management, including Material Masters, Bills of Materials, Change Masters, and Document Information Records (DIRs).

• Hands-on experience with interfacing SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, IDocs, and/or APIs.

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects focused on business process and system transformation, especially ERP implementations.

• Preferred experience with S4 HANA in manufacturing settings.

• Experience with large, intricate aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks or iterative methodologies for software development and implementation projects is preferred.
