This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Execute Digital Technology initiatives throughout the Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment, and Hypercare stages of the S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementation.
• Work in partnership with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements and promote optimal utilization of S/4HANA for Plant Maintenance and associated master data.
• Develop and implement S/4HANA solutions that support the Plan to Sustain processes, align with the RTX operating model, and adhere to industry best practices.
• Oversee comprehensive process mapping between S/4HANA Plant Maintenance scenarios and relevant boundary systems.
• Direct the gathering of requirements, data mapping, configuration, building, and testing.
• Act as a liaison among Digital Technology, business units, corporate teams, system integrators, and PMO teams.
• Organize assigned tasks and relay work status updates across project teams.
• Generate and maintain configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, test plans, and project artifacts.
• Lead S/4HANA testing and address defect remediation.
• Support data and process teams with data mapping and testing efforts.
• Aid in the successful transition from legacy systems, go-live, and Hypercare phases.
• Ensure preparedness for future developments across Plan to Sustain functional areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as necessary.
• A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP ERP systems.
• Technical proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans.
• Practical experience in supporting data cleansing and migration activities.
• Preferred experience with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks or iterative software development and implementation methodologies is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Capability to travel up to 25% or as required.
