Senior Manager, S4 HANA Manufacturing Execution Systems Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the successful execution of the OneRTX S/4HANA transformation program through blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.

• Oversee the documentation of requirements specifications, testing, and implementation for SAP-MES master data and transactional processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and consultants on SAP-MES interfacing, process harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules.

• Design and implement S/4HANA solutions that support Plan to Sustain processes.

• Lead the mapping of end-to-end integration processes between S/4HANA, MES, and boundary systems.

• Direct the gathering of requirements, data mappings, configuration, build, and testing for SAP PI, BTP Integration Suite, and other integration technologies.

• Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams during the build, test, cutover, implementation, and hypercare phases.

• Coordinate efforts across Digital Technology, business units, corporate teams, system integrators, and PMO teams.

• Develop and maintain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test plans.

• Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing activities.

• Collaborate with solution architects to define APIs, IDocs, events, triggers, and ensure reliable and auditable data flows.

• Plan and implement unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing strategies.

• Support migration from legacy systems, facilitate go-live, and monitor ongoing business financial and operational performance.

• Ensure ongoing success across Plan to Sustain functional areas.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% or as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Practical experience in implementing interfaces among S/4HANA, MES, and other Supply Chain Platforms.

• Familiarity with SAP interface implementations, including harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules.

• Proficient in SAP PI and BTP Integration Suite.

• Knowledge of SAP-MES master data and transactional processes.

• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, build, testing, and implementation.

• Understanding of APIs, IDocs, events, triggers, and integration patterns.

• Proven ability to create configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, and test plans.

• Experienced in unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing.

• Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed.

• U.S. citizenship is essential as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access information under this program/contract.

• Preferred experience with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated organizations.

• Preferred familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative software development and implementation methodologies.
