Senior Manager, S4 HANA Manufacturing Execution Systems Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the successful execution of the OneRTX S/4HANA ERP program throughout the blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.

• Oversee the documentation of requirement specifications, testing, and implementation related to SAP-MES master data and transactional processes.

• Comprehend business needs and offer guidance on integrating SAP with MES, encompassing process harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules.

• Design and deploy S/4HANA solutions that support Plan to Sustain processes.

• Enable comprehensive process mapping between S/4HANA, MES, and other boundary systems.

• Direct the gathering of requirements, data mappings, configuration, build, and testing for SAP PI, BTP Integration Suite, and other integration technologies.

• Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams for Digital Technology deliverables.

• Coordinate efforts across Digital Technology, business units, corporate entities, system integrators, and PMO teams.

• Develop and maintain configuration design documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, and testing plans.

• Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing activities.

• Collaborate with solution architects to outline integration patterns such as APIs, IDocs, events, and triggers.

• Ensure the integrity and auditability of data flows.

• Strategize and implement unit, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing methodologies.

• Support the transition from legacy systems, go-live events, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

• Guarantee RTX is well-positioned for future achievements across Plan to Sustain functional areas.

• Travel up to 25% as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing interfaces between S/4HANA, MES, and other supply chain platforms.

• Familiarity with SAP interface implementations, including harmonization, interface logic, data mapping, and transformation rules.

• Experience with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations is preferred.

• Knowledge of agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects is preferred.

• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
