Senior Manager, Rocket Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance automation solutions according to established business requirements and processing guidelines.

• Convert functional requirements into technical logic for scalable automation workflows.

• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and validation prior to deployment.

• Assist in production deployments, including release readiness, implementation, and post-production monitoring.

• Identify and resolve defects, errors, and performance issues in production automation processes.

• Maintain and improve existing automation solutions to boost efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.

• Monitor automation performance and system health to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, coding practices, and control requirements.

• Collaborate with Process/Governance teams to assess the technical feasibility of automation opportunities.

• Work together with Supervisors and Operations teams to ensure solutions meet execution requirements.

• Support First Pass and Rework automation lanes.

• Implement technical solutions based on validated and approved designs, rather than defining business processes or requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with RPA, automation platforms, or workflow technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with testing, debugging, and providing production support.

• Preferred: Background in healthcare claims processing or adjudication workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in large-scale batch processing or high-volume transaction environments.

• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms such as Rocket/AutoiQ or similar tools.

• Preferred: Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to function effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.

• Capacity to collaborate across technical, business, and operational teams.

• Sound judgment in addressing technical issues and making tradeoffs.
