Revenue Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop practical MVPs to address critical Customer Success enablement priorities.

• Initiate enablement programs, collect user feedback and data, and enhance them over time.

• Identify challenges in enablement, propose solutions, and broaden ownership within the revenue organization.

• Create scalable and effective systems for enablement.

• Provide support to Customer Success and other teams that interact with customers.

• Conduct learning sessions, workshops, webinars, and onboarding programs.

• Simplify complex information into clear, engaging experiences relevant to specific roles.

• Oversee enablement projects while keeping business outcomes in focus.

• Assess the impact on behavior adoption, productivity, customer service, retention, expansion, pipeline, and revenue.

• Collaborate with leaders, managers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or similar go-to-market roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Customer Success organizations and comprehension of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

• Experience in coordinating or conducting training sessions, workshops, webinars, or onboarding programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
