This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of enrollment funnel reporting, focusing on eligibility, outreach, and member conversion.
• Create and sustain a cohesive data model that connects B2B customer activities to B2C member outcomes, standardizing funnel stages, metrics, and attribution.
• Detect and address data gaps, system disconnections, and process inefficiencies that hinder enrollment visibility.
• Design dashboards and insights that assist CSMs and leadership in enhancing funnel health, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews with clear recommendations, decisions, assigned responsibilities, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with field teams to develop practical analytics that incorporate frontline insights and promote adoption.
• Work together with Operations, CSM, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance data quality, integrations, and reporting.
• Establish operational rhythms to monitor funnel performance, ensure accountability, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Lead the Customer Success annual planning process, which includes capacity, territories, quotas, incentives, roadmaps, and targeting.
• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Analytics within intricate, multi-system environments.
• Proven track record in constructing and optimizing end-to-end funnels (B2B2C, marketplace, healthcare, or lifecycle marketing preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to produce decision-ready analyses punctually and translate complex data into straightforward recommendations for executive audiences.
• Strong judgment in balancing analytical thoroughness with speed, defining scope, and recognizing when insights are actionable.
• Proven success in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders independently.
• Exceptional analytical skills (Excel, BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus) with expertise in funnel metrics, conversion analysis, and operating models.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, or Growth teams to inspire behavioral change and enhance business outcomes.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, eligibility files, or similar data ingestion workflows is preferred.
