This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of comprehensive visibility throughout the customer lifecycle funnel, from initial outreach to renewal.
• Establish reporting and analytics systems to pinpoint risks and opportunities, directing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Facilitate seamless transitions between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Organizations through standardized data and processes.
• Create and manage a customer health score based on enrollment, market-event performance, engagement, and support indicators.
• Integrate insights from various funnels into actionable recommendations for sales and executive teams.
• Oversee forecasting and reporting that links contracted value through enrollment, market participation, and dispatch performance to achieved revenue.
• Lead and nurture a team focused on sales productivity, analytics, and operations.
• Manage revenue forecasting and pipeline analytics, including projections for renewal and retention.
• Develop models for Sales and Customer Success headcount, territory design, capacity planning, quota setting/allocation, and potential redesign of compensation plans.
• Direct the roadmap for cross-functional go-to-market systems across CRM, forecasting, and business intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and training teams to align tools and process changes with productivity objectives.
• Standardize go-to-market processes throughout the customer journey.
• Define and monitor RevOps KPIs such as win rate, sales cycle duration, ramp time, pipeline coverage, renewal, and expansion rate.
• Manage CRM pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, probability methodologies, and data quality standards.
• Over 7 years of experience in revenue operations.
• 3-5 years in a managerial or director role, having taken ownership of the function rather than merely supporting it.
• Proven experience partnering across functions throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Advanced expertise in CRM administration and business intelligence tools, including Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, and Outreach.
• Experience in developing forecasting models and compensation plans at scale.
• Proven ability to unify outreach, pipeline, and renewal data into a cohesive reporting view.
• Experience in reporting revenue realized post-close through usage-, performance-, or event-based models.
• A background in energy, utilities, or complex B2B sectors is highly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating deal cycles and revenue recognition influenced by external market conditions, program timelines, and regulatory factors.
• Must be authorized to work from a home location in the US or Canada; Voltus does not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires.
