This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary operational partner and representative for the Chief Growth Officer.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
• Manage the go-to-market (GTM) operating rhythm, which includes weekly pipeline assessments, executive forecasting schedules, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning cycles.
• Create executive narratives, presentations for board meetings, and strategic performance assessments.
• Develop, assess, and enhance pricing frameworks, packaging, and growth tiers.
• Examine sales trends, discounting habits, and deal margins to set discounting guidelines and approval limits.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for sales capacity, territory coverage, quota distribution, and monetization strategies.
• Integrate customer lifecycle data across Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success.
• Establish and uphold HubSpot logic, field structures, object relationships, and data governance protocols.
• Design and manage executive dashboards and diagnostic analytics.
• Improve funnel choke points, pipeline health, and opportunities that are stalled.
• Perform win-loss and revenue-at-risk evaluations to guide Product and Finance prioritization.
• Oversee territory modeling, account segmentation, holdover rules, and quota assignments.
• Synchronize Marketing Operations with Sales and Channel for effective lead routing, attribution, and campaign tracking.
• Supervise Deal Desk and Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring invoicing lag is under 24 hours.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated HubSpot Administrator.
• Enhance the GTM technology stack and implement AI workflows such as pre-call briefs, automated CRM logging, and intent routing.
• Over 7 years of advanced experience combining top-tier Management Consulting or Strategic Operations with RevOps/GTM leadership in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS setting.
• Extensive knowledge in pricing strategies, discounting analysis, yield management, and deal economics.
• Demonstrated success in consolidating cross-functional GTM data, enforcing data governance, and defining CRM logic/architecture; preference for HubSpot core.
• Exceptional capability to act as a trusted proxy for C-level executives, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, and crafting board-level narratives and QBR frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in transforming complex datasets into actionable executive dashboards, capacity models, and predictive forecasting views using Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong experience in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, discount management, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Direct, OEM, Expansion, and Channel/TSD partner go-to-market strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is mandatory.
• An MBA is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this position is located without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
