This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations to establish and implement the bi-annual roadmap.
• Convert enterprise priorities into organized RevOps initiatives that include owners, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead capacity planning and sequencing for high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-level materials, business cases, board-ready presentations, leadership forum documents, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic assessments.
• Integrate cross-functional inputs into narratives and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives encompassing Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Analytics, Planning, and Sales Operations.
• Create governance mechanisms, operating rhythms, and KPI tracking systems.
• Advance forecasting and analytics through AI-driven processes.
• Proactively identify risks and facilitate resolutions among stakeholders.
• Refine RevOps processes, enhance communication flows, and improve decision-making frameworks.
• Promote excellence across Analytics, Planning, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Deal Desk.
• Foster accountability through structured reporting and performance management practices.
• Optimize workloads via Agentic AI technologies.
• Develop systems to minimize manual oversight for the VP.
• Connect RevOps with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Align stakeholders on trade-offs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Represent the VP of RevOps in selected forums.
• Lead and implement initiatives while mentoring team members and exemplifying best practices.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on participation.
• Oversee two direct reports at the Director level along with their associated teams.
• A minimum of 15 years in Revenue Operations or related operational leadership positions.
• At least 5 years in a director or VP capacity.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 3 years in performance marketing.
• Proven experience in a critical Revenue Operations role within a SaaS-based marketplace.
• Proficient in the development of Agentic AI and its applications within the Google ecosystem and Claude.
• Exceptional executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of GTM operating models, forecasting, analytics, and systems.
• High business acumen and comfort in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
• Trusted with confidential information and executive-level decision-making.
• Driven by empowering others to excel.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• An MBA is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
