This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct audits of existing revenue systems and workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planhat to pinpoint legacy complexities, redundant processes, and technical liabilities.
• Eliminate or reconstruct processes that do not contribute to the business effectively.
• Take ownership of the architecture and administration of Salesforce.
• Maintain proficiency in HubSpot and Planhat while comprehending data flows and system interconnections.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and develop functionalities within revenue platforms.
• Develop reporting practices that highlight trends, retention indicators, and operational risks.
• Ensure operational transparency for leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services.
• Implement documentation practices for systems, workflows, and integrations, including Salesforce-to-Intacct data flows.
• Determine when to recruit, utilize a contractor, or engage an agency, and construct the business justification.
• Initially function as a solitary contributor while engaging in hands-on execution.
• Participate in virtual interviews, complete a work assignment, and present to a panel as part of the recruitment process.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar go-to-market role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company of similar scale, approximately 100 employees and $20M in revenue.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and architecture.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Planhat or equivalent platforms is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of simplifying, automating, and enhancing overly complex or poorly documented systems.
• Experience in determining whether to hire, engage a contractor, or utilize an agency, along with the ability to build a case for each scenario.
• Comfort in operating both as an individual contributor and a leader.
• Capability to execute hands-on as the initial sole function within the role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate intricate system-level details into actionable insights for leadership.
