Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company's revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic top-line performance decisions.

• Collaborate with teams in Commercial, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Marketing, and Accounting.

• Produce reporting and analytics that enhance commercial execution.

• Share revenue insights across all levels of the organization.

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting processes.

• Create and sustain executive revenue dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reporting packages.

• Examine revenue trends, pricing performance, volume drivers, channel performance, and market dynamics.

• Report actual results in comparison to forecasts, budgets, and previous year performance.

• Identify business drivers, risks, opportunities, and revenue discrepancies.

• Lead quarterly revenue updates, annual budgets, and long-term planning efforts.

• Develop and maintain forecasting methodologies and financial models.

• Assess demand, pricing, conversion rates, market growth, and commercial initiative assumptions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine forecasts and enhance prediction accuracy.

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

• Assist in pricing strategies, contract opportunities, and revenue optimization efforts.

• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant job experience.

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with increasing responsibilities across multifaceted direction and planning.

• 3+ years of financial management experience preferred.

• Experience in supporting commercial organizations and revenue forecasting processes.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to secure buy-in from business partners.

• Excellent analytical, management, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for financial reporting and presentations.

• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
