This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in library and research departments regarding the adoption, readiness, and responsible utilization of AI.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and map workflows to identify and prioritize impactful AI research use cases.
• Create AI-enabled research workflows and agents utilizing suitable tools from the clients' existing AI toolkits.
• Incorporate verification and human review steps into AI-assisted research processes.
• Manage client testing, collect feedback, and enhance workflows prior to implementation.
• Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proposals, and scoping discussions.
• Establish relationships with legal research and AI vendors while gaining practical knowledge of their products.
• Collaborate with vendors on workflow execution, addressing product gaps, and improving roadmaps.
• Convert vendor product updates into actionable guidance for clients and internal teams.
• Represent Harbor at vendor briefings, partner programs, and industry events.
• Create and deliver AI training sessions, guides, videos, office hours, and launch playbooks.
• Offer post-launch support and assist clients in assessing adoption and return on AI investments.
• Lead AI and platform training initiatives for Harbor’s research and intelligence teams.
• Develop internal responsible-AI guidelines, reusable methodologies, templates, service offerings, and thought leadership.
• A Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), JD, or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Substantial experience in legal research, knowledge management, or information services within a law firm, professional services, or corporate legal setting.
• Practical experience with generative AI legal tools such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel, Lexis+ AI, or Westlaw AI-Assisted Research, including the design or testing of AI-enabled workflows.
• Extensive familiarity with legal and business research platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing advisory, consulting, or service delivery role, with the confidence to engage partners, department heads, and innovation leaders.
• Experience collaborating with vendors on product implementation, feedback, or partnership programs.
• A proven track record in designing and delivering training while promoting the adoption of new technologies.
• Ability to map processes and effectively translate how individuals work into clear and practical workflow designs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technology for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Some travel to client sites and industry events may be necessary.
