Senior Manager, Quote-to-Cash Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, with an initial emphasis on deal initiation, structuring, approval, contracting, billing setup, and customer activation.

• Evaluate existing processes to identify underlying issues causing friction and rework, and outline a scalable future-state operating model.

• Create and implement a prioritized transformation roadmap encompassing processes, policies, systems, data, controls, and organizational responsibilities.

• Redesign intricate, disjointed, or manual workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, automation, and both customer and seller experiences.

• Establish and enforce policies, governance frameworks, approval authorities, and deal guardrails.

• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations to enhance deal quality and ensure accurate deal structuring on the first attempt.

• Work alongside Legal and Finance teams to streamline approvals, standardize contract terms, and uphold commercial and financial controls.

• Coordinate with GTM Systems to integrate workflows, policies, data requirements, and controls into CRM, CPQ, contract management, and related tools.

• Partner with Billing Engineering and Billing Product to facilitate an automated transition from order form to billing and customer activation.

• Standardize complex deal structures, including usage-based pricing, multi-year agreements, ramp structures, prepayments, and custom commercial terms.

• Define ownership, handoffs, and service expectations across Quote-to-Cash teams.

• Develop playbooks, guidance, and change-management initiatives to promote adoption.

• Establish transformation metrics to monitor cycle time, approval time, rework, policy adherence, billing accuracy, activation accuracy, and time-to-revenue.

• Lead cross-functional programs from design through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
