This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, recognizing achievements, facilitating career development, and managing performance.
• Take ownership of the QA Tools strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with the goals of Quality Engineering and Engineering.
• Guide the technical direction for scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD quality practices, and quality gates.
• Offer technical leadership across automation, CI/CD, and AI-enhanced engineering practices.
• Promote practical applications of AI within QA tools and team workflows.
• Enhance quality metrics and reporting systems to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Foster relationships with Engineering, Product, and QA leadership to gain support for quality practices and organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with QA leadership to define and refine Quality Engineering standards while promoting their adoption throughout Engineering teams.
• Cultivate an understanding of the product, customer workflows, and team responsibilities to identify quality risks and strengthen collective quality ownership.
• Convert organizational objectives into actionable priorities and trade-offs while effectively managing execution, risks, dependencies, and change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and empowering Quality Engineering or software engineering teams, including seasoned technical contributors.
• Strong foundation in contemporary Quality Engineering practices, including test automation best practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and scalable testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex, cross-team initiatives from strategy to adoption and measurable results.
• Strategic and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities to establish trusted relationships, articulate complex concepts clearly, and gain consensus across teams and levels.

• Experience in healthcare technology or any regulated software environment is advantageous.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
