QA File Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess property claim files for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy terms and company regulations

• Analyze estimates to ensure that scope, pricing, and coverage are correctly applied in accordance with the homeowners policy

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and potential losses, documenting findings clearly

• Assist in the development and maintenance of QA standards, checklists, and best practices

• Contribute to training and coaching initiatives based on review outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in residential property claims

• Previous and/or current field experience in managing property claims and preparing estimates

• Expertise in Xactimate

• Familiarity with the insurance sector

• Comprehensive understanding of homeowners policies and coverage

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding attention to detail

• Proficient with computers and standard business software
