Senior Manager, Provider Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider service operations across various teams to ensure uniform service delivery and performance results.

• Guide and mentor managers and supervisors to enhance team efficiency and accountability.

• Track unit-level performance metrics, quality outcomes, and service patterns.

• Recognize operational risks and develop strategies to boost performance and efficiency.

• Create and uphold provider service policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Work collaboratively with providers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree with four (4) years of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or call center operations; including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of pertinent experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Candidates must reside in North Carolina.

• Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.

• Supervisory experience of two (2) or more employees is preferred.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a prerequisite for employment.
