Senior Manager, Provider Performance Engagement Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic alignment, operational success, and performance management of designated provider relationships, network, and value-based partnerships.

• Ensure the effective functioning of assigned value-based contract arrangements to enhance the quality of care while minimizing costs.

• Comprehend the terms of value-based contracts to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.

• Build and sustain productive, professional relationships with providers.

• Educate both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee adherence to contract terms and expectations.

• Organize and prepare for external provider meetings.

• Ensure that impactful internal subject matter experts are engaged to optimize performance.

• Propel provider performance and collaborate with local markets to achieve business and team objectives.

• Foster improvements in deal performance across multiple lines of business.

• Utilize reporting and data to track contract performance against financial, clinical, cost, and efficiency metrics.

• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a health plan, health system, or provider organization.

• More than 3 years of experience in Medicare.

• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience managing in a matrixed environment with the capacity to leverage internal business partners to fulfill tasks.

• Knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industries.

• Ability to establish strong client relationships.

• Must reside in one of the following states: CO, KY, KS, IL, IA, IN, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• ACO/managed-care experience is preferred.
