Senior Manager, Provider Experience – Clinical Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the implementation function to support future growth using evidence-based methodologies grounded in implementation science.

• Create and execute implementation strategies that align with organizational objectives and client expectations.

• Manage the entire implementation process from Sales partnership through to launch, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.

• Define, plan, and execute post-implementation support for health system and provider clients.

• Apply best practices and standardize processes while catering to each client’s specific needs.

• Integrate insights from clients and internal teams to enhance go-to-market and internal procedures.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of prescription digital treatments with providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Organize provider and practice workflows for prescribing, ordering, patient communication, activation, and billing.

• Educate providers and practice personnel on the ordering of prescription digital treatments.

• Monitor and enhance provider partnerships using data to define and assess success.

• Address operational challenges during launch and stabilization; coordinate technical implementation and support with Solutions IT Engineering.

• Collaborate with Customer Success on the handoff of account management.

• Lead cross-functional teams, identify potential risks, and propose proactive solutions.

• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, clinical, product, and patient support teams on partnerships and integrations.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

• Liaise with external vendors and partners as required.

• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Assess project performance and prepare reports for senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations, including practical experience in healthcare operations, with a proven history of managing complex projects across organizations of varying sizes.

• Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health, or a related discipline.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Previous or current licensure as a healthcare or behavioral health provider is preferred.

• Experience in implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows across various software systems and organizational frameworks.

• Familiarity with payer reimbursement policies, procedure coding (e.g., HCPCS/CPT), and appeals processes.

• Experience in coordinating with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams to address technical and regulatory needs, including HL7 interfaces, SFTP file exchanges, and contract/compliance reviews.

• Strong grasp of and experience with implementation science principles.

• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in training healthcare providers on digital health or medical devices, or working within the regulated healthcare sector, is a plus.

• Experience in sleep medicine or behavioral health is preferred.
