Senior Manager, Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather detailed information regarding Precision teams and their offerings to effectively convey capabilities and value to potential clients.

• Assess RFIs and RFPs, integrating key insights into new business opportunities.

• Compose narrative and summary materials using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Generate content for executive summaries, slide headings, case studies, and presentations for new business initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to develop unified narratives.

• Adhere to and promote organizational brand standards.

• Offer feedback on copy and suggest enhancements for storytelling effectiveness.

• Educate colleagues on effective storytelling techniques.

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to integrate updated messaging strategies.

• Create, manage, and distribute organizational resources to Sales and other departments.

• Maintain libraries of slides and content repositories.

• Provide insights into the evolution of AI processes.

• Suggest innovative methods to enhance internal processes for greater efficiency and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint design.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
