Senior Manager, Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather extensive information regarding Precision teams and their offerings to effectively convey capabilities and value to potential clients.

• Analyze RFIs and RFPs, applying crucial information to explore new business opportunities.

• Generate narrative and summary content utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Create content, executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and components for new business presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to develop coherent stories.

• Adhere to and uphold organizational brand guidelines.

• Provide feedback on copy and suggest enhancements to storytelling.

• Educate colleagues on effective storytelling techniques.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to integrate insights and updated messaging.

• Produce, organize, and distribute organizational resources to Sales and other departments.

• Maintain slide libraries and content databases.

• Offer insights into the evolution of AI processes.

• Suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.

• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and engaging with executive leaders.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint design.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
