Senior Manager, Project Controls, Project & Development Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project controls delivery at a portfolio level.

• Develop delivery strategies, governance structures, and controls frameworks.

• Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders.

• Mentor and supervise Managers and Senior Project Controls personnel.

• Influence staffing, resource allocation, and delivery methodologies.

• Contribute to enhancements in internal tools, standards, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of thirteen years of relevant experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a management role.

• Capability to contribute to the strategic direction of the designated department or practice area.

• Advanced skills in project controls.

• Proficiency in client relations, client management, and consulting.

• Highly organized with exceptional analytical abilities.

• Expertise in utilizing cost and schedule management software.

• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial sectors, or a relevant technical field.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
