Senior Manager – Programme Evaluation, Maternity Cover

📋 Description

• Enhance the methods by which Blue Ventures measures, comprehends, and communicates its impact.

• Ensure that evidence drives organizational learning, decision-making, and donor reporting.

• Assist colleagues in utilizing reliable data and suitable indicators.

• Convey findings effectively across the global organization.

• Distribute tools and insights among teams.

• Monitor progress in relation to the organization’s Theory of Change.

• Align strategic objectives with quantifiable outcomes.

• Supervise global performance frameworks, Organizational Key Results (OKRs), and systems for tracking indicators.

• Provide high-level analytical support and promote consistency across regional teams.

• Ensure congruence between organizational and grant-specific requirements.

• Lead efforts in capacity-building and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Manage technical assistance across regional teams and partners.

• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL).

• Familiarity with grant reporting and alignment with donor expectations.

• Skills in quantitative data analysis.

• Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Capability to develop guidance and learning materials.

• Ability to utilize reliable data and appropriate indicators effectively.

• Competence in clearly communicating findings.

• Understanding of Theory of Change, organizational key results (OKRs), and systems for tracking indicators.

• Ability to support adaptive management, learning, and accountability to donors.

• Capacity to provide high-level analytical support across regional teams.

• Skills in leading capacity-building initiatives and facilitating knowledge exchange.

• Ability to manage technical support across regional teams and partners.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with central and regional teams, including Programme Performance, Development, and Data Science.

• Willingness to work full-time on a fixed-term maternity cover contract lasting up to 12 months.
