Program Manager – Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the yearly price increase procedure across all organizational sectors and market segments.

• Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Legal, Area Pricing Teams, Billing, and other departments regarding the Annual Price Increase Process.

• Extract monthly MAS customer data and collaborate with the EADM team to evaluate, analyze, and recommend price increases utilizing CLV and Risk models.

• Ensure that collection line-of-business price increase submissions are made monthly, thoroughly checked for errors, and prepared for upload into MAS with assistance from a third-party vendor.

• Recognize and apply best practices across Areas to enhance alignment and consistency.

• Deliver strategic business analysis, reporting, and pricing guidance to foster profitability and growth.

• Spot improvement opportunities, formulate action plans, engage stakeholders, and lead the execution of change.

• Revise internal pricing tools and reports while providing documentation and communication to Area teams.

• Assist in the development of streamlined monthly Pricing files and enhance the accuracy of Core Price forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (from an accredited institution) in Business Administration, or alternatively,

• A High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution) alongside four (4) years of relevant experience.

• A total of 5 years of pertinent work experience (in addition to the educational requirement).

• Strong analytical skills in moderately complex financial, statistical, and customer data within the waste industry.

• Proven influential leadership abilities and capacity to manage day-to-day, long-term, and urgent responsibilities effectively.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Annual Price Increase process conducted on a monthly basis.
