Global Program Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain scalable operating systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for regional service delivery teams.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and continuous development for current practitioners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational health for Appointy/Boost scheduling platforms.

• Set up booking architectures, enhance automated communications, and resolve technical obstacles.

• Supervise lifecycle updates for the Class Management Guide.

• Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews on regional execution and incorporate feedback to enhance operational support.

• Track portfolio-wide health metrics, including participation rates, client retention, and revenue goals.

• Convert data insights into actionable roadmaps for business enhancements.

• Review program health metrics and modify operational strategies to meet client contractual obligations and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Performance Managers to promote alignment, enforce accountability, and ensure operational consistency.

• Organize and assist in monthly performance audits of practitioners to maintain service quality and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in program management or a similar field.

• Current certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in uncertain situations.

• Experience in facility operations and vendor management.

• Experience managing client stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.
