Senior Manager, Program Management, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic Warehouse Modernization initiative at Crate and Barrel from initial discovery to full-scale implementation.

• Enhance Supply Chain capabilities to prepare the organization for rapid growth.

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Warehouse Modernization and Transportation Modernization projects utilizing agile methodologies.

• Track program progress, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and make data-informed decisions.

• Work in partnership with product management, engineering, and design leadership from the discovery phase through delivery and execution.

• Establish and enforce program management and agile best practices.

• Lead large, cross-functional teams.

• Mentor program managers and agile practitioners.

• Facilitate intricate planning sessions and problem-solving workshops.

• Promote continuous improvement in program execution and agile practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical functional experience in leading or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and broader Supply Chain Execution solutions, including TMS, YMS, and ERP integrations.

• Demonstrated success in implementing, scaling, and managing cloud-native/SaaS solutions from both vendor and client perspectives.

• Extensive familiarity with SaaS release cycles and configuration models.

• Strong expertise in program and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.

• Excellent executive communication and influencing abilities.

• Advanced skills in stakeholder management.

• Proven delivery management capabilities for complex programs.

• Competence in managing program scope, budget, timelines, and quality.

• Skills in problem-solving, risk management, and dependency management.

• Over 8 years of experience in a technology environment.

• More than 5 years of experience managing complex programs or holding a senior agile role.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
