This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the operational support and representative for the Head of Global Technical Enablement.
β’ Develop and maintain the operational framework for the organization to ensure it is always prepared for audits.
β’ Take ownership of the operational cadence through leadership meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and retrospectives.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to formulate, communicate, and monitor OKRs.
β’ Manage the decision log by assigning owners and deadlines while ensuring initiatives are followed through.
β’ Direct financial forecasting, budget oversight, and business case formulation for enablement infrastructure.
β’ Supervise platform renewals, vendor partnerships, and the operational technology stack.
β’ Handle integration, provisioning, and access management for enablement platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards.
β’ Keep the business narrative up-to-date, detailing organization structure, strategy, OKRs, metrics, risks, and achievements.
β’ Transform dashboards and learner/course metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
β’ Prepare the Head of GTE for executive reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), skip-level meetings, and escalations.
β’ Represent the Head in various forums, effectively communicating context and decisions among stakeholders.
β’ Facilitate coordination between GTE pillar leaders and teams in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Support.
β’ Implement cross-team operational changes, integrations, and strategic initiatives across global dependencies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff roles, or technical program management, including direct support of senior executives.
β’ Proven experience in managing operational technology stacks, vendor relationships, and organizational budgets/OPEX or business cases.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills at a leadership level, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
β’ Capability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring thorough documentation and actionable decision-making.
β’ Experience in an Office-of-the-CxO setting or as a dedicated right-hand to a senior leader within a high-tech environment is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, as well as knowledge of cybersecurity, technical lab environments, or developer platforms is preferred.
β’ Background in technical enablement, customer engineering, sales engineering, or customer success organizations is preferred.
β’ Ability to thrive in high ambiguity and create structure as priorities evolve within a distributed, global organization is preferred.
