This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical program(s).
β’ Oversee programs in alignment with the scope of work, procedures, and budgetary contracts.
β’ Cultivate client relationships and establish rapport.
β’ Handle daily program operations and supervise the assigned team.
β’ Drive performance responsibilities for the team and individual members.
β’ Track and report on program statistics and performance metrics.
β’ Address issues that may threaten contracted standards.
β’ Prioritize and manage both personal and team schedules.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
β’ Contribute to client reports and other deliverables.
β’ Present program data, insights, and information to both internal and external customers.
β’ Engage in process and performance improvement initiatives.
β’ Mobilize stakeholders for design, enhancements, and modifications of programs.
β’ Attend relevant meetings and conferences as necessary.
β’ Participate in the interviewing, evaluation, and training of employees.
β’ Provide both verbal and written feedback on performance.
β’ Meet training deadlines for policies concerning confidential data.
β’ Ensure consistent compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Assist with the identification of requirements, development of specifications, and User Acceptance Testing.
β’ Carry out additional assigned tasks or projects.
β’ Report to the Market Access Program Director within HUB Services.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services.
β’ Proven experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar roles.
β’ Experience in reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.
β’ Demonstrated successful leadership capabilities.
β’ Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and general Internet proficiency.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Technical aptitude and experience with various CRM software platforms.
β’ Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred.
β’ Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screening.
β’ Willingness to travel as required is preferred.
