Senior Manager, Professional Services Consulting

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of customer-oriented consultants.

• Assist automotive dealerships in implementing and optimizing the value of Solera SaaS products and consulting services.

• Establish execution cadences based on KPIs linked to measurable improvements in variable and fixed operations.

• Enhance lead management, appointment performance, sales conversion, pipeline discipline, and overall profitability.

• Reinforce operational discipline throughout the service lifecycle, including scheduling, write-up quality, repair order management, parts availability, and customer follow-up.

• Oversee team planning, coverage, prioritization, and consistency across both virtual and onsite consulting engagements.

• Develop and refine consulting playbooks, templates, and best practices.

• Assess delivery quality through ride-alongs, call reviews, engagement retrospectives, and coaching strategies.

• Monitor team KPIs and dealership performance metrics; provide updates to leadership.

• Convert dealership and platform data into actionable insights, dashboards, KPI tracking, and trend analyses.

• Propel programs that impact sales and inventory economics, including inventory aging, appraisal win-rate accountability, and trade acquisition processes.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management/Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.

• Spearhead departmental and company initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong experience within automotive dealerships is highly preferred.

• Proven experience leading teams that foster adoption, ROI, and measurable outcomes through structured KPI management and execution cadence.

• Demonstrated capability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams with clear expectations and consistent accountability.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting, training, and influencing stakeholders from frontline to executive levels.

• Strong personal accountability, operational rigor, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable using data to narrate stories and prompt action.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% to support onsite delivery, key account outcomes, and team development in the field.
