Senior Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete Professional Services delivery, including onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for the Enterprise segment.

• Oversee and enhance utilization, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk engagements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.

• Establish performance expectations, provide coaching to team members, and manage career development and succession planning.

• Collaborate with Professional Services leadership regarding hiring and capacity planning.

• Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Enhance operational processes for greater efficiency, scalability, and predictability.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

• Assist in pre-sales for strategic or complex opportunities.

• Channel customer feedback into improvements for products and services.

• Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to refine service packaging and pricing.

• Ensure customers achieve their specified business outcomes through services engagements.

• Identify opportunities for expansion in conjunction with Sales and Customer Success.

• Proactively manage escalations and gather customer insights to enhance delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a similar field.

• 2+ years of leadership experience in managing delivery teams or Professional Services operations for a customer segment.

• Technical expertise in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related area.

• Strong capabilities in project or program management.

• Experience working cross-functionally in a rapidly growing technology setting.

• Exceptional communication skills — able to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Must reside in the United Kingdom.
