This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement professional education strategies for short, medium, and long-term objectives.
• Create, develop, sustain, and consistently enhance a comprehensive educational curriculum.
• Oversee the planning and execution of live, virtual, hybrid, and practical educational programs.
• Establish processes to evaluate educational effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Lead, develop, and oversee the professional education team.
• Foster relationships with business leaders, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Compliance, external faculty, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure that educational programs and resources are based on evidence and compliant with regulations.
• Identify educational gaps and opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Recruit and maintain a network of qualified faculty and clinical experts.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistical aspects of programs.
• Develop frameworks for measuring outcomes and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and healthcare industry benchmarks.
• Implement and uphold the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Communicate initiatives, participant progress, and outcomes effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, focusing on education, commercial education, clinical education, medical affairs, or healthcare professional education initiatives.
• Proven track record in developing and executing educational programs.
• Experience in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.
• Background in creating educational curricula and evidence-based training programs.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and educational effectiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in supporting HCP speaker programs and faculty development efforts.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience with KOL engagement is preferred.
• CPTD, PMP, or relevant healthcare or clinical certifications are preferred.
