Senior Manager, Product Solutions – Medicare Part D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous management of Medicare Part D products.

• Coordinate offerings for Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD).

• Oversee plan design, competitive intelligence, annual bidding activities, and bid quality.

• Propel cross-functional execution to support product performance and growth.

• Manage and nurture a team.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical stakeholders.

• Act as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle.

• Assess market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

• Contribute to strategic planning and facilitate new product development.

• Manage a complex portfolio of Medicare products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or a strategic consulting environment, OR 11 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.

• Minimum of two years of experience in managing and leading teams, including hiring, training staff, and overseeing a departmental budget.

• Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting, or project management.

• Proven experience working with corporate leadership and communicating at all organizational levels.

• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and a demanding workload.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred experience with Medicare Part D (PDP/MAPD) and/or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration is preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.

• Experience in the health care industry is preferred.
