Senior Manager, Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promote solutions and engage key customer drivers in alignment with field and internal product teams.

• Drive application-level solutions and opportunities within the Industrial Automation sector.

• Lead regional initiatives for Renesas system solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Groups, Channel Marketing, and System Architects.

• Engage with key customers to comprehend their needs, secure design wins, and enhance revenue growth.

• Identify additional growth opportunities with channel sales and marketing teams.

• Orchestrate efforts between Business Units, Sales, and FAEs in solution promotion and business development.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders.

• Work alongside Product Groups to define product requirements and enhance product roadmaps.

• Research and analyze competition, market dynamics, and design opportunities.

• Provide insights and recommendations on necessary responses and actions.

• Prepare and refine customer presentations to communicate Renesas's value proposition effectively.

• Develop product collateral, competitive analyses, customer presentations, and training materials for the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or similar roles.

• In-depth understanding of the Industrial Automation market, including trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, and standards.

• Experience with technical field sales and FAEs.

• Proven capability to follow up on leads and establish relationships in the field.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Skill in conveying complex concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively.

• Capability to work efficiently in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

• Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple global offices.

• May need to comply with U.S. export control regulations; Renesas may require a U.S. government export license before disclosing technology to certain individuals.
