Senior Manager, Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional channel engagement for Industrial Solutions and new product launches.

• Coordinate release timelines with Product Groups and the Solutions Team.

• Create marketing strategies aligned with release timelines.

• Formulate engagement strategies with Sales for local distributor partners.

• Deliver presentations at distributor locations.

• Conduct workshops with distributors and customers focused on new solutions and NPIs.

• Aid in building relationships with key accounts and both internal and external ecosystem partners.

• Lead the identification of opportunities and differentiation at both the solution and product levels across industrial segments.

• Oversee the promotion and positioning of application-centric solutions.

• Advocate for cross-business solution initiatives with a strategic approach.

• Encourage collaboration among business development, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units.

• Be the regional representative in corporate planning and solution development efforts.

• Provide market intelligence feedback to business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.

• In-depth knowledge of the Industrial market.

• Experience in the Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and cultivate relationships in the field.

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, analysis, and communication.

• Capability to work efficiently in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

• Proficient in collaborating with Sales, Product Groups, Solutions Teams, distributors, customers, and ecosystem partners.

• Compliance with relevant U.S. export control requirements may be necessary.
