Senior Manager, Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Drive engagement across channels for industrial solutions and new product launches.

• Lead channel meetings, engage with mass-market customers, and explore application-level business opportunities.

• Create engagement strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product Groups, Solutions Team, and local distributor partners.

• Organize release timelines and develop marketing strategies for new product introductions.

• Deliver presentations at distributor locations and conduct workshops with both distributors and customers.

• Foster relationships with key accounts and ecosystem collaborators.

• Recognize opportunities at both the solution and product levels while differentiating across various industrial segments.

• Oversee the promotion and positioning of application-centric solutions.

• Advocate for cross-business solution initiatives at a strategic level.

• Encourage collaboration among business development, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units.

• Serve as the regional voice in corporate strategy and solution development.

• Relay market intelligence back to business units.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.

• In-depth knowledge of the industrial market, including Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to pursue leads and cultivate relationships in the field.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and communication skills.

• Proficient in working effectively within a matrixed, cross-functional setting.
