Senior Manager, Product Management – Air Travel Commerce Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the execution process for significant air product initiatives, spanning from planning to global implementation.

• Convert initiative goals into epics, features, requirements, and delivery strategies.

• Lead the definition of requirements and ensure backlog preparedness across product, engineering, and operations teams.

• Facilitate the execution of integrations involving NDC, GDS, aggregators, and direct airline connections.

• Create product documentation, functional specifications, and oversee delivery governance.

• Manage deployment across TripSource, AgentSource, and API channels.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations to verify functional accuracy, servicing behavior, and operational readiness.

• Detect execution risks, integration gaps, and operational dependencies, driving their resolution.

• Assist in global and regional rollout efforts, enablement materials, and readiness for releases.

• Engage in discussions with suppliers and customers to support delivery and implementation.

• Assess product performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the travel and air industry.

• Strong grasp of corporate travel management and business operations.

• Proven expertise in product management ownership related to air content and supplier integration.

• In-depth knowledge of complex systems integration, NDC, low-cost carrier models, and multi-channel distribution.

• Experience leading significant cross-domain initiatives with both global and regional implications.

• Skilled in product strategy, documentation, and governance in product management.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess product performance and identify improvement areas.

• Capable of conveying complex subjects clearly and engaging senior stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in delivering presentations to executives and collaborating with external partners.

• Proficient in XML and JSON API implementation.

• Experience in managing and integrating third-party vendors.

• Fluent in business English with strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficiency in M365 tools, including AI assistants.
