
Senior Manager, Product Line Management – Global Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Oversee the global healthcare primary packaging product lines to enhance circularity, profitability, and growth acceleration.
• Take ownership of the cyclically updated global product, market, and asset strategy for the healthcare primary packaging portfolio.
• Execute strategic initiatives across regions, focusing on capital allocation, asset utilization, and commercial activities.
• Track and report on portfolio performance across different regions, creating actionable plans for expansion, optimization, and rationalization.
• Manage the pricing strategy, lifecycle of the portfolio, and competitive positioning of healthcare primary packaging product lines.
• Lead the development of new products from the initial brief to commercialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to streamline new product introductions.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate customer requirements, competitive trends, and regulatory changes.
• Provide sales teams with essential product knowledge, training resources, and marketing materials.
• Assist in significant customer engagement that necessitates in-depth product expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within an international setting.
• Experience in the North American and European Consumer Healthcare markets is preferred.
• Background in primary packaging or broader healthcare packaging is a significant advantage.
• Strong financial understanding related to cost models, value selling, market pricing, P&L management, and margin oversight.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and robust project management skills.
• Capacity for strategic thinking and the ability to identify, prioritize, and act on opportunities.
• Experience in driving sustainability initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Strong multicultural leadership abilities across various organizational functions and levels.
• Proven track record of leading products through international and matrix organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill in influencing senior stakeholders by tailoring content and messaging to their level and scope.
