This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of products by facilitating strategy, operations, and the execution of initiatives aimed at reducing drug costs.

• Aid in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives, pilot programs, and product developments.

• Create comprehensive strategic analyses and proposals.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout CVS Caremark.

• Initiate new strategies and/or product launches.

• Establish long-term partnerships to assist the organization in achieving its objectives.

• Engage with Operations, Formulary Administration, Medical Affairs, Trade, Legal, Analytics, Sales, and additional teams.

• Identify and address new challenges in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

• Quickly adjust to evolving situations and devise innovative solutions.

• Report directly to the Lead Director of PBM Product Administration.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required in a role demanding strong independent ownership and strategic thinking to enhance existing work processes/results (such as in management consulting, either internal or external).

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is necessary.

• Familiarity with Caremark formularies and/or PBM operations is preferred.

• Strong business, strategic, and financial insight is essential.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple simultaneous requests under stringent deadlines.

• Effective communication skills for engaging with both senior and junior audiences.

• Ability to persuade executives and deliver presentations to large groups.

• Capability to simplify complex quantitative data for audiences without a quantitative background.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in self-prioritization and independent work.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing objectives.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, or PharmD is preferred.
