Senior Manager – Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of procurement solutions for clients and facilitate discussions at the executive level.

• Assist in intricate vendor negotiations aimed at reducing expenses and optimizing contractual terms.

• Perform thorough data analysis and provide actionable insights for procurement.

• Aid leadership in managing segments of the procurement delivery team.

• Promote excellence, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, training, and solution development.

• Lead and influence teams across functions while fostering cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

• Supervise the creation and implementation of sales tools, resources, and training programs.

• Establish and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders, executive clients, delivery resources, partners, and sales architects.

• Identify and address delivery risks through effective risk management and contingency planning.

• Present performance metrics and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, along with recommendations for future planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required.

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex organizations.

• A minimum of 3 years in a management role is required.

• Proven success in leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements.

• Willingness to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Exceptional skills in strategic planning and implementation.

• Intermediate skills in managing stakeholder relationships.
