Senior Manager, Procurement PMO – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee PMO activities related to procurement transformation and strategic initiatives.

• Sustain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue logs.

• Monitor progress in alignment with procurement priorities and strategic goals.

• Facilitate cross-functional efforts to guarantee successful project execution.

• Create and uphold project status reports for procurement leadership.

• Recognize and escalate delivery risks while suggesting mitigation and recovery strategies.

• Assist in annual planning, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap management.

• Manage the procurement savings pipeline and realization tracker.

• Supervise savings delivery in relation to approved business cases and commitments.

• Track forecasted, validated, and realized savings throughout procurement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Finance to synchronize savings methodologies and reporting.

• Generate monthly savings and benefits realization reports for senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Analyze procurement performance, spending patterns, supplier data, and operational metrics.

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement performance reports.

• Deliver executive-level presentations and reports for Procurement Leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency and financial results.

• Lead and coordinate the Global Savings Review Board (GSRB) process.

• Prepare governance documentation, agendas, reporting packs, and meeting outcomes.

• Propel governance practices across procurement programs and savings initiatives.

• Monitor actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies arising from governance forums.

• Ensure follow-up actions are executed and stakeholders remain accountable.

• Maintain governance calendars and reporting timelines.

• Identify areas for enhancement in procurement processes, reporting, and governance.

• Foster standardization and automation of procurement reporting and performance management.

• Support procurement transformation initiatives and organizational change activities.

• Establish best practices for project management, savings tracking, and benefits realization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in PMO, Procurement, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, Consulting, or related domains.

• Demonstrated experience in project and program management within a complex global context.

• Strong expertise in management reporting, performance monitoring, and executive communications.

• Experience in managing savings tracking, benefits realization, and performance measurement activities.

• Proven track record of leading governance forums and facilitating action management among senior stakeholders.

• Background in supporting transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.

• Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or Coupa.

• Strong understanding of reporting automation and data visualization techniques.

• Experience in managing large datasets and generating executive insights.

• Excellent project and program management capabilities.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across global teams and functions.

• Results-driven with a robust sense of accountability and ownership.

• Capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

• Current and future work authorization in India without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks.
